The pressure cooker environment of small business forged an unflinching belief that quality does not need to be compromised. Our love for the Sublime product has brought us to the current position: a growing business with an amazing team of expert operators focussed on roasting, service and training. No such thing as ‘good enough’, we’ve learnt a lot about roasting and what we need it to be capable of. From, building roasters from scratch through to ‘hot rodding’ our favourite old machines, we know what we have to achieve and that we aren’t willing to live with compromise…. And we love it!.
